I have an 1176 square foot Villa, have done everything to make it more energy efficient. I feel like we live like
bats, however the bill is still $384...Had meter changed to a digital meter so they have to come out personally and read it and not a remote reading, they said they would call prior to their coming over, they left a message on my cell phone on October 27th that they would come out. I waited until the 19th to call and see when he would come out and read the meter, they said it was read on the 27th at 9 am but NO One came out to read the meter. I have filed my second Complaint with the
Public Service Commission, FPL used to be a great company, it has definitely gone to ***!!!
